Stonemasonry Services

We undertake the repair and restoration of historic buildings across a range of projects that incorporates architectural stonework from ecclesiastical to domestic listed buildings, using our traditional training and extensive knowledge. We provide a full range of services from our workshop in Fairford, Cotswolds. We have extensive stock of raw block from across Britain and Europe ready to be cut to your specification using our in-house saws. We can supply all your stone needs from building and walling stone, to the finest Italian marble, all at the highest standards from contemporary to traditional projects.

Masonry Carving & Letter Cutting

Carving and restoring intricate stone details including letters, words and designs from plaques and gravestones.

Conservation & Repairs

Repair and conservation of stone and lime surfaces of historic buildings

Monuments & Sculpture

Hand dismantle and re-build of monuments including replacement of elements that are beyond repair or missing

Stone Fireplaces

Design, carving, and installation of bespoke stone fireplaces and repair of historic fireplaces

I just want to say a few words about how impressed we have been with the quality of work carried out by Ross and what a pleasant experience it is dealing with him and the team. Our rather old property has had relatively modest needs in scale but sometimes requiring complex work eg.swan neck coping stones which were executed perfectly. Despite some tasks added in being very basic (pointing) we were given full attention and care in all the work and the service has been as special as the work. Thanks Ross.
